3.54.100 Permits not transferable.

No permit authorized by this chapter shall be transferable to, or used, by a person not named in the permit as the person to whom it was issued. All permits issued pursuant to this chapter shall expire one year from the date of issuance. (Ord. 2411 § 10 (part) 1982: Ord. 2066 § 2 (part), 1975).
