3.54.020 Public amusement room defined.

"Public amusement room" means, for the purpose of this chapter, any place open to the public where any amusement device is played, where the general public is allowed to play therein, whether any compensation or reward is charged for the use of such devices or not. (Ord. 2066 § 2 (part), 1975).
