3.36.080 Revocation of permit.

The Chief of Police shall revoke any permit granted under the provisions of this chapter whenever he determines that the terms of the permit have been violated or that the solicitation depends on misstatements, deception, fraud or abuse. (Ord. 2635 § 3, 1988: Ord. 1844 § 2 (part), 1972).
