In the event a massage technician currently licensed by the City seeks employment at a massage establishment in addition to or different from the establishment indicated on the original application, the permittee shall notify the City in writing within ten calendar days from the date the permittee is employed by the establishment where the permittee is to provide massage services. Such notification shall be accompanied by a non-refundable filing fee in the amount of $25 to help defray the cost of processing the permit addition/change.
