3.16.070 Compliance.

No person shall use or operate in the city any mobile X-ray unit except in compliance with the permit issued therefor by the County Health Officer, and all provisions of this chapter. No person, other than the persons specified in the permit of the County Health Officer therefor shall operate in the city any mobile X-ray unit. (Ord. 1690 (part), 1970).
