15.44.030. Definitions.

For the purposes of this chapter, the following meanings shall apply:

A. "New Residential Development" shall include construction of all new single-family residences or subdivision of land for future development of new single family residences.

B. "Rural Street" shall include all streets shown on General Specific Plan No. 86.
