The application of this zone shall be signified by the designation of a "RS" suffix following the base zone designation on the official zoning map along with a unique designation for the neighborhood to which it applies. Since different neighborhoods qualify to become a "Rural Overlay" but may have different design goals, separate "Rural Overlay" designations shall be applied to each neighborhood when the overlay is implemented and unique designations given to each neighborhood. For example, the use of this zone in conjunction with the R-l-10,000 zone in the Pico-Carhart neighborhood would be designated as "R-l-10-RS-PC."
