The provisions of this chapter are intended to be consistent with the requirements of the Radiation Control Law, Division 20, Chapter 7.6, Sections 25,800 -- 25,870, California Health and Safety Code, together with amendments thereto and rules and regulations thereunder. (Ord. 1690 (part), 1970).
