A. Agreement. When any portion of the grantee's CATV system is to be installed on public utility poles and facilities, certified copies of the agreements for such joint use of poles and facilities shall be filed with the City Clerk.
B. Where the system is to be installed overhead on existing utility facilities, no additional poles shall be installed either by the grantee or by the utility for the specific purpose of supporting or extending the CATV system without the approval of the Director of Engineering and Community Development.
