An appeal may be taken to the City Council of the City of Fullerton by any person aggrieved by an order of the City Administrator concerning the denial, suspension, or revocation of a permit. Said right of appeal is subject to the conditions and procedures in Section 3.10.028 through 3.10.030. (Ord. 2074 (part), 1975).
