An application for a figure model studio permit shall be filed with the Chief of Police and shall be in writing on forms provided by the City, and shall be accompanied by payment of fee as provided for herein with the moneys paid to the City Treasurer. Any such application shall be under oath, in duplicate, and shall contain such information pertinent to the applicant and the business as the City may require. (Ord. 2074 (part), 1975).
