A. Dwelling Unit. As used herein the term "dwelling unit" shall have the meaning as defined in Section 15.04.040.
B. Public Parks and Recreational Facilities. As used herein, the term "parks and recreational facilities" include publicly accessible open space areas, City parks, recreational trails, community centers, senior centers and all facilities and structures related thereto.
