A schedule of rates and charges for use of the airport and its facilities established by City Council resolution shall be posted in the office of the Airport Manager. No person subject to such charges shall make any use of the airport without payment of the charges therefor fixed by City Council and posted in the office of the Airport Manager. (Ord. 3295 § 3 (part), 2020)
