FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA MUNICIPAL CODE
3.04.030   Purpose.
   The sole purpose of the provisions of this title is to provide regulations necessary to safeguard the peace, health, safety, convenience, morals and welfare of the public. (Ord. 1538 § 1 (part), 1968).
