No person shall fail to obey or comply with any valid regulation made by the Commission for the use of parking places under its control. The Fullerton Police Department shall cooperate with the Commission in the enforcement of its valid regulations. Such enforcement shall be in the manner provided by Chapter 1.18 of this code, or as otherwise provided by law. The City Council, may, by resolution, remove, change, or add to any of the regulations made by the Commission except in the vehicle parking district lots for the use of parking places under its control. No such regulation in conflict with any ordinance, resolution, or order of the City Council shall be valid. (Ord. 2350 § 1 (part), 1981).
