The requirement for a final tract map and other requirements pertaining thereto in this chapter shall apply to all divisions of land creating five or more parcels, five or more condominiums, as defined in Section 783 of the State Civil Code, or a community apartment project containing five or more parcels and for the reversion of subdivided lands to acreage, except as otherwise provided in the Subdivision Map Act.
