2.60.010 Unlawful contracting -- Purchasing and selling by City employees.

City officers and employees shall not be interested in any contract made by them in their official capacity, or by any body or board of which they are members. Nor shall City officers or employees be purchasers at any sale, or vendors at any purchase, made by them in their official capacity. (2630 -- Ord. 890 § 1 (part), 1957).
