(A) KRS Chapter 100. ('77 Code, § 2-17)
(B) The Board of Adjustment shall consist of five members to be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of City Council. The members of the Board shall serve for a term of four years, in accordance with KRS 100.217(4). The Board of Adjustment shall have all of the powers, duties, and responsibilities and be subject to all the requirements and limitations set forth in KRS Chapter 100 and other applicable statutes. (C) The members of the Board of Adjustment shall conduct their proceedings in accordance with KRS Ch. 100. ('77 Code, § 2-19)
