§ 152.02 AMENDMENTS.
   The following changes are hereby made in the subdivision regulations as adopted by the county in order that they may properly conform to the municipal operations of the city:
   (A)   The words "city engineer" shall be substituted for the words "county engineer."
   (B)   The words "city council" shall be substituted for the words "fiscal court."
   (C)   The words "City of Ft. Wright" shall be substituted for the words "Kenton County."
   (D)   The words "planning and zoning commission" shall be substituted for the words "Covington-Kenton County Board of Adjustments."
   (E)   The words "City of Ft. Wright Board of Adjustment" shall be substituted for the words "Board of Adjustments."
   (F)   The words "Kenton County and Municipal Planning and Zoning Commission" shall be substituted for the words "Covington-Kenton Planning and Zoning Commission."
   (G)   The words "City of Ft. Wright" shall be substituted for the words "unincorporated area of Kenton County."
   (H)   Section 2.03 entitled "Authority" is deleted and in substitution therefor, the following is inserted: "These subdivision regulations are adopted under the authority of Kentucky Revised Statutes."
   (I)   Section 3 entitled "Definitions," Item "N" is amended so that it shall read as follows: "Major arterial street - an existing street or proposed street which is designated as a major arterial street on the major street plan as adopted by the Kenton County and Municipal Planning and Zoning Commission; Minor street - an existing or proposed street which is designated as a minor street on the major street plan as adopted by the Kenton County and Municipal Planning and Zoning Commission."
   (J)   Section 5.10 entitled "Alleys," subsection "a" entitled "Residential Areas" is amended so that it is changed from "alleys shall be discouraged in residential districts" to read "alleys shall be prohibited in residential districts."
   (K)   Subsection "a" of Section 5.13 entitled "Lots" is deleted, and, in substitution therefor, the following is included: "a. Size, lot arrangement and design shall be such that lots will provide satisfactory sites for building and shall be properly related to topography and to existing probable future requirements. To this end, minimum lot size shall conform to or exceed the requirements of the zoning district in which they are located."
      (1)   The following shall be added to the existing county subdivision regulations as Section 4.13 and shall be entitled "Fees": "In addition to the fees payable to the Kenton County and Municipal Planning and Zoning Commission, the following fees shall be paid to the City of Ft. Wright upon filing of a subdivision plat. Said fees are for the purpose of covering city costs in the review of plats and inspection of improvements: a. Preliminary plat. The fee shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) plus one dollar ($1.00) per each lot; b. Final plat. The fee shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) plus two dollars ($2.00) per each lot. Such fee shall include inspection of improvements involved in such final plat."
   (M)   "All streets shall have a minimum street width of twenty-five (25) feet, except those streets not permanently dead-ended or constituting a through street which shall have a minimum street width of twenty-eight (28) feet."
