Except for the amendments, modifications, and changes as set forth in this chapter, the City Council hereby adopts by reference the subdivision regulations of the county, as previously approved by the Kenton County and Municipal Planning and Zoning Commission, and further adopts by reference any and all amendments or changes thereto that may from time to time be enacted and approved by the Kenton County and Municipal Planning and Zoning Commission.
