§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)      Any person who violates any provision of the state codes adopted in § 150.01 shall be subject to the following penalties:
      (1)   Violators of the Uniform State Building Code or the Uniform State Residential Code shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $1000 for each offense. (KRS 198B.990(1))
      (2)   Violators of the State Standards of Safety shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $1000, imprisonment for not more than 60 days, or both, for each offense. (KRS 227.990(1))
      (3)   Violators of the State Plumbing Code shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $100, imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both, for each offense. (KRS 318.990)
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of §§ 150.20 through 150.25 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction in any court of competent jurisdiction, shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $250 or imprisoned for not more than 90 days, or both, to be so fined and imprisoned in the discretion of the court for each offense. Each day that said person, firm or corporation violates said §§ 150.20 - 150.25 or any provision thereof may be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 440-1991, passed 2-6-91)
   (C)      Whoever violates any other provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense.
