§ 136.99 PENALTY.
   (A)      Whoever violates § 136.01 shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense.
   (B)      See Chapter 139 for descriptions of statutory penalties for those statutory offenses listed in § 136.02 above.
   (C)   A violation of this non-moving violation in § 136.03 shall be fined not less than $100.00 nor more than $500.00 for each offense.
