For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
“PERSONAL PROPERTY.” is defined as any personal property that does not require a title for transfer.
“USED PERSONAL PROPERTY VENDOR” Any person or entity that purchases used or previously owned personal property for the purpose of resale to the public, makes a public display at its place of business of the merchandise, advertises that it purchases and resells used or previously owned personal property.
