§ 120.03 REGISTER TO BE OPEN FOR INSPECTION.

Guest registers shall at all times be open for inspection by members of the Police and Fire Departments and Building/Zoning Department for the purposes of conducting investigations pursuant to city ordinances, Kentucky Revised Statutes or United States Code.
