For the purpose of this chapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
"HEALTH INSURANCE." Insurance of human beings against medical expenses resulting from bodily injury, disablement, or sickness, excluding health coverage provided under automobile, fire and allied perils, inland marine, and life policies.
