§ 113.03 TEMPORARY AMUSEMENTS AND ENTERTAINMENT.
   Every person conducting or engaging in the business of providing temporary or transitory amusement or entertainment and receiving admission charges for the same shall be subject to the tax levied by this subchapter. Such person shall obtain a permit from the City Collector at least 24 hours in advance of conducting any operations within the city. Before a permit shall be issued under this section, the applicant for the same shall advise the City Administrative Officer as to the number of participants or persons anticipated to take part in the event; if, within the sound discretion of the City Administrative Officer, the number of anticipated participants or persons warrants, there shall be required of the licensee that there be provided independent police and security services for the control and supervision of the participants or persons at the licensee's expense.
