(A) Distilled spirits or wine by the drink shall not be sold between the hours of 2:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday. Subject to the exception in division (B), distilled spirits or wine by the drink shall not be sold on Sunday.
(B) Those premises which have obtained a Special Sunday Retail Drink License may sell alcohol according to their license between the hours of 6:00 a.m. Sunday and 2:30 a.m. Monday.
(C) Malt beverages by the drink or by the package shall not be sold between the hours of 2:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. Monday through Sunday. Pursuant to KRS 244.480, Sunday sales under this division shall be treated as any other day.
(D) Distilled spirits and wine by the package shall not be sold between the hours of 2:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. Monday through Sunday. Pursuant to KRS 244.290, Sunday sales under this division shall be treated as any other day.
