(A) Each license issued hereunder shall be valid for a period of no more than a year and shall be renewable upon the date established by the Kentucky Department of Alcohol Beverage Control for the expiration of state licenses issued for premises located in Kenton County. ('77 Code, § 3-21)
(B) Any licensee may renew his or her license at the expiration thereof, provided that he or she is then qualified to receive a license, and the premises for which such renewal license is sought are suitable for such purpose; provided further, that the renewal privilege herein provided for shall not be construed as a vested right.
