§ 112.19 NUMBER OF LICENSES.
   The number of all classes of alcoholic liquor licenses issued and in force with the number of distilled spirits and wine licenses (alcoholic liquor) permissible under the Kentucky Revised Statutes. With regards to Class “B,” “E” and “F” licenses, there shall be required a separate application and license for each stationary bar and/or for each bar for which a license is required by the Commonwealth of Kentucky Administrator of Distilled Spirits. For the second or additional licenses required for Classes “B,” “E” and “F”, the license fee will be waived for the first year the license is required. Thereafter, a license fee for each additional stationary bar and/or for each bar for which a license is required by the Commonwealth of Kentucky Administrator of Distilled Spirits will pay one-half of the fee applicable for the first bar.
