§ 111.06 OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE AND ZONING REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Any person owning or operating a massage establishment shall be required to hold a valid occupational license with the city and shall be properly zoned for operation of the same.
   (B)   The city shall deny any application for an occupational license to operate a massage establishment or may request revocation or suspension of any previously issued occupational license for any of the following reasons:
      (1)   Falsification of any of the information required for the application or failure to fully complete the application or provide documentation required by the provisions of this chapter.
      (2)   Failure to cooperate with any required health or safety inspection.
      (3)   If any person named on the application is under the age of 18.
      (4)   A violation of one or more of the general prohibitions set forth in this chapter.
   (C)   These provisions are in addition to all other reasons for which an occupational license may be revoked or suspended.
   (D)   An occupational license issued to a massage establishment shall be conspicuously posted in the public reception or waiting area of the establishment at all times.
