(A) Any person owning, operating, employed, or working in any capacity in any massage establishment is required to register with the Fort Wright Police Department, and he or she is hereby required to be registered by the Police Department prior to the date of commencing operation or employment with or in such establishment. No person shall fail to register prior to commencing such operation or employment.
(B) No owner or operator shall permit any person to be employed unless the employee has registered within the time period prescribed above.
(C) Registration shall include, name, address, state identification number, date of birth and telephone number.
