(A) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter for which no other penalty is otherwise provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500. Each day the violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Any person violating any of the provisions of § 94.02 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $500. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder. (Ord. 362-1986, passed 8-6-86)
