§ 93.23 OBSTRUCTION OF HYDRANTS OR GAS CUT-OFF VALVES.

It shall be unlawful for any occupant or owner of real estate within the city to permit fire protection water hydrants and gas cut-off valves located on or in front of their property to become covered with earth, foliage, or other matter or to become hidden or partially hidden from public view.
