§ 91.34 PEDDLERS NOT TO OBSTRUCT STREETS.

It shall be unlawful for any person, whether licensed as a peddler or not, to demonstrate, sell, or offer for sale any items from any vehicle upon any street or alley of this city in such a manner as to obstruct the streets and endanger the life and limb of persons and property.
