   (A)   No person shall cause, permit, aid, assist, encourage, or engage in the operation of a motor vehicle on those portions of the following streets except in the direction indicated:

   (B)   Any violation of the provisions of division (A) of this schedule shall be a violation and a fine of not less than $20 nor more than $100 shall be imposed for each offense.
