§ 50.46 BILLING AND COLLECTION.
   The above scheduled charges shall be billed and collected by Sanitation District No. 1 of Campbell and Kenton Counties by agreement with the city, and in accordance with the policies and procedures of Sanitation District No. 1 of Campbell and Kenton Counties.
