Subsequent to the issuance of a permit under this subchapter, but at least 48 hours prior to the time any connection will be made, the master plumber responsible for the work shall furnish a notice in writing to the Building Inspector-Zoning Administrator stating the time when such connection will be ready for inspection. All sewer conduits, trenches, and connections shall remain open for inspection by the Building Inspector-Zoning Administrator, and coloring matter shall be used by the Building Inspector-Zoning Administrator in testing the connection.
