§ 50.34 TAP-IN FEE; PAYMENT REQUIRED.

(A) The owners of involved property in this city shall pay a sewer tap-in fee of $100 for each unit or fraction thereof located within the boundaries of the city. ('77 Code, § 16-32)

(B) No connection with the general sanitary sewer system of the city shall be made until after the payment of the tap-in fee prescribed by division (A) above. ('77 Code, § 16-31)
