(A) All applications for permits under this subchapter shall bear the signature of a master plumber and shall state the location of the premises, the name of the owner thereof, and whether or not the building to be connected is a new home in process of construction.
(B) All permits under this subchapter shall be issued only on the express condition that the property to be served by the sanitary sewer system shall be available for inspection by the Building Inspector-Zoning Administrator upon reasonable notice at all reasonable times.
(C) Permits shall be issued only upon the express condition that the master plumber responsible for the work shall in consideration of the privileges thereby granted and enjoyed, indemnify the city against any loss or damage that may result form the connections.
