§ 50.16 SECURING OF PERMIT AND PAYMENT OF CHARGES REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for the owner, tenant, or other person or corporation to cause or permit the discharge of any sanitary sewage into the sanitary sewer system of the city, without the securing of permits and the payment of all service charges provided for in this chapter.
