§ 32.21 MEETINGS.
   (A)   The City Council will conduct its regular monthly legislative meeting on the first Wednesday of each month, at 6:00 p.m. at the Fort Wright City Building at 409 Kyles Lane, Fort Wright, Kentucky.
   (B)   The city shall have a Finance Committee, comprised of the Mayor and two City Council members appointed by the Mayor, whose duties shall be to regularly review the finances of the city and to assist the Mayor in his duties under § 33.03(E) to prepare the city's annual budget proposal. The meetings of the Finance Committee will be conducted on the first Wednesday of each month at 4:30 p.m. at the Fort Wright City Building at 409 Kyles Lane, Fort Wright, Kentucky. The city shall have a Community Improvements Committee, comprised of three City Council members appointed by the Mayor, whose duties shall be to identify and recommend to City Council projects that can be carried out by community volunteers and projects involving city-owned structures, assets, rights-of-way or property. The meetings of the Community Improvements Committee will be conducted on the third Wednesday of each month at 5:00 p.m. at the Fort Wright City Building at 409 Kyles Lane, Fort Wright, Kentucky.
   (C)   The City Council will conduct a caucus meeting on the third Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at the Fort Wright City Building at 409 Kyles Lane, Fort Wright, Kentucky.

   (D)   Special meetings of the Council may be called by the Mayor or upon written request of a majority of the Council. In the call, the Mayor or Council shall designate the purpose, time, and place of the special meeting with sufficient notice for the attendance of Council members and for compliance with KRS Chapter 61. At a special meeting no business may be considered other than that set forth in the designation of purpose.
   (E)   The minutes of every meeting shall be signed by the person responsible for maintaining city records as provided under § 31.36 and by the officer presiding at the meeting.
