All sidewalk cafés operating within the corporate city limits of the City of Fort Worth shall comply with the requirements of this article except as otherwise provided herein or elsewhere in the city code. The regulatory authority may impose additional requirements to protect against health hazards related to sidewalk café operation and may modify requirements for physical facilities when health, safety or welfare concerns may arise.
