Section 1 of Ord. 12274, adopted November 28, 1995, repealed §§ 20-311 through 20-335. Formerly, said sections pertained to recyclers and derived from §§ 22-23 through 22-23, 22-31 and 22-32 of the 1964 Code, and § 1 of Ord. 9182, adopted August 28, 1984.
