§ 20-101 INVESTIGATION OF PREMISES.

No license shall be granted under the provisions of this division unless it shall appear, upon investigation by the chief of police and the building commissioner, that the premises desired to be used as a pool hall complies with all provisions of this code, other ordinances of the city and laws of the state.
