§ 20-73 INVESTIGATION OF PREMISES.

No dance hall license shall be granted unless it shall appear, upon investigation by the chief of police and building commissioner, that the premises desired to be used for the purpose of conducting a dance hall complies with all ordinances of the city and laws of the state.
