§ 18-36 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this article, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section.
   BOAT. Any vessel or other watercraft floating on the waters of Lake Worth.
   BOAT LIVERY. Any business establishment engaged in renting or hiring out boats for profit.
   DIVER DOWN FLAG. A square or rectangular red flag that has a diagonal white stripe and is at least 24 inches by 24 inches in size.
   OPERATE. To navigate or otherwise use a boat on the waters of Lake Worth.
   OWNER. Any person who claims lawful possession of a boat by virtue of a legal title or equitable interest therein which entitles him or her to such possession.
   TOILET FACILITY. An apparatus that is temporarily or permanently affixed to a boat and used for receipt and disposal of body waste.
