FORT WORTH, TEXAS CODE OF ORDINANCES
§ 16-500 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this article is to protect the health and safety of the public by establishing minimum standards for the construction, operation and maintenance of recreational aquatic spray grounds and their related facilities.
