Any person who willfully violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500 for each violation. Each day of the existence of any violation of this chapter shall be considered to be a separate offense. In additional, all fines shall be payable in full within 45 days unless otherwise ordered by the Hearing Officer. Failure to pay fines by the due date will result in an additional ten percent late fee. No permit is to be issued or renewed, until all fines have been paid in full.
