§ 113.71 INSPECTION OF TEMPORARY FOOD SERVICE ESTABLISHMENTS, TEMPORARY FOOD MARKET ESTABLISHMENTS, RETAIL FOOD SERVICE TEMPORARY OFF-SITE ESTABLISHMENTS, AND RETAIL FOOD SERVICE ON-SITE TEMPORARY ESTABLISHMENTS.
   Each temporary food service establishment and temporary food market for which a permit is required under the provisions of this chapter shall be inspected at least once in each 48 hour period. Each retail food service off-site temporary establishment shall be inspected at least five times each permit period. Each retail food service on-site temporary establishment shall be inspected at least three times each permit period.
