§ 113.57 HEALTH COMMISSIONER EXAMINATION OF FOOD OR BEVERAGE.

Samples of food, or beverage and other substances may be taken and examined by the Health Commissioner as often as he/she may deem necessary to determine freedom from unwholesomeness, adulteration or misbranding.
